On offer is own bedroom, toilet and bathroom and shared everything else - house is big, tidy, clean and pretty much fully furnished - if you have stuff or need to borrow stuff let me know and we'll sort something out.
We're only a few minutes' walk from Cedar Park shops and a few more to Cooee Bay beach. We get a sea view and cool sea breeze from the deck.
Neighbourhood is quiet and friendly - we'd all like to keep it that way.
Tis a house on poles so if you don't like stairs, you might struggle with ours.
Require 2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance.
